The United Nations is the latest organisation to experience a privacy breach. Again, the privacy breach has occurred through a third party provider and a lack of proper configuration.
These breaches don’t just teach us that the organisations have been the subject of breaches of privacy, but they give insight into the organisation as a whole and what tools it uses to conduct business; that knowledge alone can be used as an exploit.
